Hi, I’m Linden Clarke – founder of LinStar Events, a Melbourne-based event management business offering planning, coordination, and hospitality support for private functions - residential, corporate, government, and higher/vocational education sectors. I work across a wide range of events, including weddings, engagements, parties, conferences, professional development workshops, student events, networking functions, corporate balls and product launches.

Event Planning
With over 15 years of project and event management experience – including 8 years in universities, 3 in government, and 5 with schools – I offer event support for corporate, government, and education clients. I provide planning advice and on-the-day coordination.
Wedding Coordination
I work with couples to help plan their wedding and organise the intricate details and timings of their ceremony and/or reception. As your Wedding Coordinator, on the day I’ll manage suppliers, oversee setup, and handle any last-minute issues, so you can focus on enjoying your wedding day – stress-free.
Party & Event Assistance
Hosting a party at home? Let me take the stress off your shoulders so you can enjoy the event. I’m an all-rounder with a can-do attitude and can jump in wherever needed. Think of me as your personal party assistant – here to help your event run smoothly from start to finish.

Bartending & Cocktail Service
LinStar Events offers BYO bartending packages, providing RSA-certified bartenders and bar equipment while serving drinks supplied by the client, from basic bar service through to cocktails.
Catering Assistance
If you're organising catering or preparing food yourself, LinStar Events provides catering support staff to heat, plate and serve, so that you are not stuck in the kitchen during your function. Think canapés, seated dinners, and grazing tables.
Cocktail & Mocktail Classes
Perfect for hen’s parties, birthdays, or workplace team-building events, these fun, interactive classes let guests learn, shake, and sip cocktails (or mocktails). You supply the drinks, and I'II bring all the equipment to the event location.
